Background
| Moving from Perth to Denmark in 1996, Alison finally found time to develop her interest in art. Experimenting with various possibilities, she settled on the very challenging medium of watercolour. Following exhibition of her work in the 2006 Southern Art & Craft Trail, she was invited to become one of the resident artists at the Scotsdale Gallery. |

Although her range of subjects is varied, Alison finds flowers a wonderful source of inspiration, providing the opportunity to express vibrant colours with a softness and transparency unique to watercolour. Currently her work is displayed in the Denmark Visitors Centre Art Gallery. Local and overseas buyers have purchased her work. | |
