  Background

 Although Annette's background is in performing arts, she has always had an interest in all things creative. During a period as an Arts Development Officer she dabbled in numerous craft pursuits including pysanka, origami, paper marbling, then finally finding her niche in all things beaded. She is now enjoying conducting beading workshop, especially those involving off-loom bead weaving.

SheI loves the feel of glass beads and gains great satisfaction in designing and making eye-catching jewellery. She enjoys making her own beads from a variety of mediums, including glass, found objects, polymer clay and paper. Much of her work now features semi-precious stones.
